The prestigious Freedom Edition of Assassin's Creed III arrived in the mail today continuing some revolutionary swag.

The complete collector's edition includes a 24 cm figurine of Connor, a collector's box, a steel case book featuring artwork by artist Alex Ross, an envelope with two pieces of artwork, George Washington's Notebook with a bookmark, two bonus single-player missions and a multiplayer package.

Oh, and a copy of Assassin's Creed III.

The last collector's edition I bought was for Assassin's Creed 2. I thought the figure was so crummy I swore never to buy a collectors edition again. This looks slightly better than the Altair but I still wouldn't get it. Bioshock Infinite CE on the other hand, that's going to be difficult to resist.

It's a shame we don't get the flag and the belt buckle that other region seems to have gotten. But still an awesome CE. I love the staute and George Washington's book will be a nice time to read before going to bed.

I like the steel-book but that's it. The statue looks cheap to me as do they all in Collector's Editions. George Washington's book is only gonna serve the most die-hard of fan as i couldn't careless.
Why couldn't there have been a steel-book edition? i would have been all over that.
Overall to me its a waste of money, ill leave it to the guys with money to burn.

I was also a bit disappointed that we didn't get the flag and belt buckle but I'm still very happy with the rest considering the price wasn't over the top.

Yeah, i've seen the other one too where he's perched on a tree/branches that you can buy seperately. Their ok for the money i guess (which is around £30 in the UK) just nothing special.
I'm quite a perfectionist when it comes to collectible statues/figures though. I can't stand it when the paint job is rough or the proportions of the character are off.

I was happy with my statue for awhile, then after playing the game I realized to looked nothing like Connor. Still an awesome collectible though. It looks great, just nothing like what it should.
