Hello, I'm Rawrrrrr. I have been on MyBuzz for 488 days. I've been here in the best of times, and I'm in here for the worst.

Many may have noticed a lot of trollings lately. Sure, every site gets trolled, but normally something is done about it. Not at MyBuzz, though! MyBuzz admins seem to only come on once a year to deal with problems on the site, and by the time they get here, the damage is done. We've lost many a good artist because the admins can't take five minutes out to ban someone. However, they can still upload art with comments on it, and can get a new account.
Hey, ever hear of an IP Ban?

Back to inactivity, there's this one thing that really grinds my gears! A couple of times we have begged for a new, active admin. We give several good candidates, and good reasons, and yet...
The new admin may be active for a week or two, then, like the others, they vanish. It's unfair to us. This is no way to run a site! We're all sick of constant trolling, of spam, of pornagraphy being uploaded...

I'm making some demands. First, a good ol' admin activity check. Second, let's make this a democracy. MyBuzz members pick candidates for admins, and we vote for the one(s) we think is/are best. Keeps everyone happy, and it will keep the site better.

Oh yeah, looks like we've got another drug dealer! Wonder how many months till that is dealt with?

Eh, guess this is done. XD Hardly a rant, but oh well. I think it's to the point.

Have a report menu, when you click report abuse, it will take you to a page that has options such as "pornography, traced images, theft of someone's work, spam, etc"

Totally agree. I miss all of the artists that have left because of these problems, and we're all (obviously) sick of the admins' inactivity. But the fact of the matter is, when an admin happens to wander by, they'll probably lock this thread and not do much else. It's happened before. They can't be here 24/7, I get that, but that's what makes more admins such a good idea.

Oh, and a little over 500 days here. *Longest!*  Ahem. Sorry, I had to brag there.

Konnochi wa, Carmle desu. I have been here for.. What.. 456 days? I think that we should get a new admin that'd get involved more, maybe talk to us more, or upload paintings? One that we can grow to like, and one that knows the difference between real art, and traced art *cough*PAKA*cough*. One that goes on tineye.com if something looks suspicious, and one that will stop people from posting casino advertisements in the forums! But all of those things are definately too much to ask~~

alexis here! ive been a member for 493 daaays. when i first got on here the trolling hadnt even started... buut it got worse & worse && as time went on i got sick of fighting backk. everr since apex bothering terrie i havent been on cause im scared that ill be trolled on.... :/~ i didnt wanna say thts why.. im sorry guys.. D:~ buuuut yes! a new admin is a mustt! we should elect oneof us older users that come on often, im not sure if ill come back unless the trolling gets better, BLAAAAH.

Hi, my name is Jori and agree this site could be a lot better with some supervision. Things are getting bad. I really hate the bullying that goes on. This place can really get mean. And chats sometimes get way to long. It pushes comments about paintings off. I think a little is friendly and ok. It shouldn't dominate the board though.

Not sure how many days I've been here lol. But, don't worry, I think you all have me beat!

All great ideas! I, personally, want a more "out with the old, in with the new" thing, keeping a few of the original admins to help the newer, more active ones along. Welcome to MyBuzz, Jori. : D I agree, some conversations should be carried out with the private messages, especially when it's one on one "What's up?" "nmu?" chats.

Heyy I'm keenage (duh!!) I've been a member for 136 days!!!
I think we should get new admins who come on here pritty much every day... To Be honest Carmel and the older members that often come on here could do a better job than the current admins even some of the members who know the rules and haven't been a member for long could be better admins so I vote for compleately NEW admins

It's rather sad that an admin actually came along to lock a thread, but didn't bother replying to this.
Carmle also suggests making a 'Chatterbox' type subforum for people to make 'social' threads in, instead of trying to squish every social topic into one thread. I think it would definately clean up the forums, and would be fairly easy to do. O:

I know there are some threads that should not be locked and ones that should and they seem to do the opposite of what is needed and this is why I think we need new admins that have been and lived what it is like to be average on here and know what is right to do instead of always being an admin since the day it was started and not know what it's like and how frustrating it is to have some idiot ruin the site so I vote new admins
