Everyday I watch on TV I see people continuly say that they love summer and hate the winter but if you really compare it summer is the worst season there is.

in winter if your cold you can wear a jacket outside and be warm, in summer you can wear whatever you want outside you won't feel cooler.
in winter mozzies won't attack you at all, in summer its a constant problem.
in winter the electric bill is smaller since if your cold you can wear a jumpter unlike in summer where again you have to put your ac at max in order to fight the heat which fails.
bugs run rampant in summer and not in winter.
skin cancer is a bigger problem in summer since alot of people are sun bathing.
in summer you get dehydrated more often
in summer the chance of you getting sun birn and heat stroke increase
in summer you are more prone to sickness
summer brings out the idoits among people

summer sucks, i can't see why people love it so much.

I ****ing hate summer. Especially right now because it's so hot I can't sleep for the second night in a row. Generally I hate it simply because I run hot, getting cold it's fairly rare for me but I get hot super fast for the same reason. Winter ftw.

I like half naked women. Women find it appropriate to stroll around in bikinis during summer, and i find that attractive. they dont do that in autumn or winter, and not really in spring, so summer is my favourite season.

Summer has been quite non existent here on the Gold Coast. I hear next week we will be getting 32 or something but that would be the hottest its been so far... Mostly its been over cast and raining.

I did however get a lovely tan over the weekend. Was a nice balmy 26 degrees.

It's Summer? Feels like it's still Spring here.

Anyway, when (if?) Summer kicks in I'll enjoy it until we get the 30C heat waves. Only so many clothes you can take off ;)

Around here we rarely have the 30C days ALL DAY AND ALL NIGHT! When I was in Geelong it was stinking hot all day/night, at least here it cools down around 4.

I was there in July '11 and the weather was like a spoilt 12 year old. One minute it was raining, the next it was sunny. In a way I missed it. The engagement I went was nearly cancelled because of it :E

that was pretty funny. my cat went out side to run around and it started raining and he came in, got sunny he went back out and it started raining. it was like a massive cycle that whenever he went out it would rain.
Geelong weather is great though. you just have to get used to it.
