Games You've Spent Hours Playing

Similar to the backlog discussion, I wanna know what games you have totaled heaps of hours playing. It could be because you spent a long time earning achievements or trophies, or because you're addicted to the game itself. For whatever reason, you've spent a huge amount of time playing games, and I wanna know what ones you've spent the most on!

I'll kick things off with a few games that come to mind for myself personally.

- Left 4 Dead 2: because of the very hard and time consuming achievements that come with this game (which I still don't have all in) and the ridiculously fun online. I did my best to make this game worth importing, and I believe I did so.

- PokéMon Series: As a youth, I gave hundreds of hours to PokéMon. I would spend my school holidays with my mates tplaying the game. I will never forget my first playthrough of that game. My favorite in the Series always has and always will be Blue version, but the one I've spent most hours on is PokéMon Platinum. My initial platt rough got me around 200 hours doing a bunch of stuff and leveling heaps of pokes to Lvl 100. My second play through got me around 100 doing similar things as the first. My most recent play clocked over 400 hours. I spent ages hunting shinies and Ev training a small army until I ultimately stopped.

That's just a couple I can think of off the top of my head, how about you guys?

I can't even count how many hours I've put into it, but I'm guessing more than any other game I've played. Maybe around 500 hrs.

Edit: actually no, its gotta be at least 1000 hrs.

Pokemon series, gave up at around.... Platinum came out.
HG/SS was like.... 150 ish hours?
Black and White.... 70 hours

Brawl.... lol 4000 hours
Any Tales games, at least 200 hours, except a few with 90 hours.

SAB2 for GC should of been alot of hours, since it was my 1st GC game and was playing it since the wii came out. But I remember losing my memory card once so iunno [MOG]

MH3 1200 hours (combining my other characters' play time)

Other Japanese games that most people wont know.... I did quite a few [Derp]

not sure.. honestly couldnt tell you.. not many but i died alot on my first playthrough.. my second playthrough is going really quick even on nightmare.. took me about an hour to do the first chapter.. maybe less

San Andreas.

I beat every mission got 100% and then was like....... I am gonna make my own missions. I would be like "There will be a guy walking down the biggest road in Vegas and he looks like Elvis at around 2:00 in the afternoon snipe him" Then I would do that and I made chainsaw sprees and the neck stabber etc. Thoose were the days *sigh

Tales of Symphonia somewhere between 3-4 hundred Hours, actually stopped playing a little after 3 hundred because i would start and about 20 minutes in i would fall asleep.

Ocarina of Time due to 30+ Playthroughs.
