With all the new changes around this place, there's a lot of talk about how things should be done. My question is, If you had the power, what would you do with it?

How would you do it though? Personally, I don't think there's that big of a divide on my360, but I can see where you're coming from. In my opinion, there seems to be a lack of resepect from the newer members but that's just people pushing the boundaries. Once Tano beats the respect into them with his banhammer, they'll fall in line LOL!

That's what "The Rules" are for. Like any community, online or offline, to be a contributing participant you must abide by the rules set out by those who govern.

And when those who govern don't abide by the rules, what are the loyal citizens to do. The community will just descend into Anarchy... which is what is happening at the moment.

there is a lack of respect on both sides....not from everybody but there is still people who dont respect the others on each side

What I mean is that you left being an admin and you weren't fired. You chose to quit. I meant no disrespect by it if that's what you think.

Personally, I'd like to see there being some more user content added to this site besides in the forums. News, reviews etc. We have a huge community and I know we visit all different 360 related sites throughout the day as well as playing a vast array of games, so why not let us all in on what you think!

Hahaha, nah man, not at all. It's a Japanese ritual suicide thing. Basically they'd rather kill themselves than dishonor their family. I think that's where the saying comes from anyway.

@Extreme - You're right too man, there is definitly a lot of disrespect coming from both sides, but you gotta remember that respect is something that is earnt. A lot of the older guys here have been here for a while and abided by the rules, where a lot of these n00bs haven't. I'm not poining the finger at anyone in particular, but I'm just giving my reason as to why I don't respect some people on here as much as others.
