what tennis game r u talking about . .? most games(unless its online) can be paused by pressing menu

I went onto Club Nintendo and I did not get a Personal Invitation with my Wii Console to register my wii console. Should I have. I got one with Wii Fit, Wii Resort and Wii Moto Game
Does anyone have an email address for nintendo?

Hello! Welcome to MyWii, remember to read the rules, but even more than that, remember to enjoy yourself.

As for Nintendo's email address, I do not know this. HOWEVER, I can say that you're not supposed to get one of the ClubNintendo cards with your Wii.

If you ever have any questions, feel free to ask me or one of the other members, we'll all be happy to do what we can to assist.

LOL if I deleted everyone from my roster that have beaten me, I'd have no-one on it. The fact that I have over 70 friend codes from people that want me to add them and the fact that I can only add 30 people at a time, kinda has more to do with things than anyone beating me.
