Having trouble with Minecraft server

So I set up a Minecraft server. I've been able to connect to it just fine, and everyone connected to my router can, too. But no one else can. :(

I've googled it and it looks like it is probably something to do with the way I'm port-forwarding. Either that, or my firewall. But my firewall's down, so it must be the port-forwarding. But only the firewall for my computer is down. Is there also a firewall for my router? :S

Here are my IP thingo's and port-forwarding stuff's:

^^ On another site, it told me to enter my Internet IP, which was '10.0.0.1' where '192.168.1.3' is. So I did it, but it came up with 'This IP Address should be in the same subnet with LAN IP Address! ' so I just left it as my IPv4 address.

I'm not very experienced when it comes to running servers; this is my first one. :S Please go easy on me. Any help is appreciated. =D

Your server should not be running on the same IP as you are. Change it to 192.168.1.4, or any other number that isn't taken by computers on your network.

Are they trying to connect with your i.p? On your own network you just connect directly to another computer's i.p but for everyone else it's your normal i.p. In the server config is your i.p set to blank? Those are just things i can think of.

Your subnet is 192.168.1.0, meaning that all the computers/devices on the network in your house will have an IP address of 192.168.1.(something). This is your INTERNAL IP address. To find out your internal IP address you pull up a terminal and type "ifconfig". To get to terminal on a Mac, Go-utilities-terminal.
For windows, it's windows key + R, "cmd" and "ipconfig"
This us the IP address you use when connecting to the server from inside your house.
Your external IP it's given out by your ISP. You can find this by going to ipchicken.com
Give this address to everyone OUTSIDE you're house whom you want to play on your server

Didn't get to test the external IP yet Doles, but now even if they're connected to my router and using the internal IP, they can't connect. It'll just say 'can't reach server' or 'can't connect to host' or 'no route to host' or something.

I'm really confused. :S

check all the settings again to make sure the ports are forwarded correctly. There's guides if you googly "portforwarding" and your router brand and model

I looked up a guide, and followed it as correctly as I could. It got to one point where It was telling me to use '10.0.0.1' as the IP for port-forwarding. But whenever I tried to enter '10.0.0.1' into the box, this would happen:

So, I tried some more, and the only IP it would accept was 192.168.1.11 (my IPv4 address as of right now).

And thus, when I try to see if the port is visible via Desi's link, it show this:

Thanks for your help so far guys. :) I'm sure there's something really obvious that I'm missing, but I'm not experienced enough to know. >.<

I haven't really been looking too closely at your problem, but try 127.0.0.1 (which is your localhost).

So just enter 127.0.0.1 as the port-forwarding IP?

Ohhh ok.

Wait, fix it how? :S What am I supposed to change it to?

You typed in 192.168.1.11, not 192.168.1.1

I should have known trying to forward your localhost wouldn't work, but I'm on holiday, sue me.

Ohhh. Haha, nah, that wasn't an error. It told me to choose an IP. And that was the one I chose. :P

Okay, well I'm 99% sure I'm port-forwarding wrong. I read that I need a static IP. Is that right?
