Unfair minecraft players

Bolto said: I have realized lately that in minecraft most players are becoming mean, aggressive, furious and destructive. This obviously is a very unfair way to treat other players after they really wanted to play in minecraft real badly. Its just unfair how people only come in to buy the game and to find that griefiers are destroying their business and stuff that they worked hard on. Well i am one of those witnesses that have experienced this tragedy and i want this to stop like the crash that happened when griefiers or hackers you can say blew up the place and made the op start the whole server again. This was very tragic and i want to make sure that this does not happen again but i don''t know how. I need advice and a clue how to stop this madness. Those anyone one know how to prevent this tragedy from happening again?
