Surprised that this thread hasn't been created already. What phone, smart phone etc do you use and what are your thoughts on it?
I've been using a Nokia N97 for a while now and I've been very happy with it, especially since I upgraded from an iPhone 3G. I didn't mind the iPhone because it was a good entertainer but I really needed a phone that was a good phone and not just a media device that rings. The N97 is far from perfect but it keeps getting better as the firmware matures.

Unlimited Mins and Texts. 2GB data. Free 16GB mem card, screen protector and car charger. Pretty cool

I swear my phone is running out of battery quicker than it used too. I plug it in to charge every night before I go to sleep so it's hooked up all night. Could that be reducing the battery life?

I haven't been following the Galaxy SIII that closely even though I really like my SII so I don't know a great deal about. I was listening to an add on the radio and it seems like it has a few interesting features built in like knowing when you are looking at the phone so it stays on. I was just flicking though my phone call options and reminded me of how little the old phones could do but we still messed around with the options anyway. I remember we used to get so good at it that we'd switch languages and try to find out way out :P

Yeah it's really good. Fast, big screen. Definitely the best phone on Android. Apple have got some work to do to better it but for me i can't stand iOS.
Worth every penny

Seems to be the consensus on the new Galaxy S. Might have to snap one up if they are this good.

FYI to get the best search results search from the MMGN home page.

Man that S3 is huge it's almost catching up to small tablets. I like the specs of that phone but no way would I want to carry a big phone around all day, if probably end up breaking it.

I searched from the MMGN home page and got nothing :S
it's all good now though ;)
For me i love the size of the S3, i previously owned an iPhone 3GS and the 3.5inch screen is TINY! everything seems so cramped. My last phone, the Nokia Lumia 800 (which took the above pic) was better with a 3.7inch screen but still caused me issues.
The S3 has hit the sweet spot for me, browsing the web, using Facebook is a pleasure.
I think 4.5/5.0 inch screens for phones is gonna become the norm in time.

A big screen would be fantastic for browsing the web and stuff like that. I just like a good balance when it comes to screen size, good enough to brows comfortably and type but not too big that it's a little awkward to carry. That's just me though, to each their own.
lol remember the old days when we all thought phones would get smaller and smaller. They did for a while they multimedia became a standard feature with phones and BAM! bigger screens are needed.

I have been playing with the S3 heaps at my work, it is pretty decent but seems a bit lacklustre compared to when the S2 launched. Not a huge fan of the shape as well. I think I'd prefer the HTC One X.

I'll wait it out for the new iPhone instead :P

Once you got from an iPhone to an Android phone you don't go back. You just have so much more freedom with an Android phone. I assume the same thing with a Windows phones but I haven;t used one yet..

I swear when even I take the case off my phone I am guaranteed to drop it, usually on a hard surface as well :@

Too true!

When I take the case off my phone, it looks sooo much better but there's that niggling voice in the back of my head that tells me that I'll probably end up dropping it. :P

i was going to get the xperia s but it has no micro sd slot. and so im waiting for their 3 new phones to come out xperia acro s, xperia go and xperia neo L before i make my choice, if i dont like any of them i'll get the galaxy sIII

Chaz, check out the Sony xperia Sola, should be available now.
3.7" version of the xperia s and has a micro sc slot.
