A bit of a generic question but my curiosity has gotten the better of me. So as the title suggest what web browser do you prefer to use? IE, FireFox, Safari, Google Chrome or Opera.

Personally I stick with FireFox because I like the feel of it and it hasn't given me any dramas since I started using it. On occasion I'll fire up IE to check some coded work because I've noticed IE to be more fussy with code errors.

I tried using Chrome on my laptop for a while because it performs better but I keep going back to FF. I just prefer using it over Chrome, plus I'm scared Google is watching me

Firefox is what we build MMGN for. Then test it against IE, and IE usually FAIL big time, bloody IE6 / IE7 / IE8, and blooody IE9 is coming out, and they are all broken, and require different hacks...

Chrome is so solid, we don't even really test for Chrome.

Webkits does what is does really well. I oppose Chrome out of it being pushed out by Google basically. I'd give it a go on my macs, but internet cappage makes it impossible to be considered worth downloading right now

Yeah if it works for Firefox it will for Chrome. IE is the only thing you have issues with usually. I've had some ridiculous bugs in code before with ie. I had to remove an enter once because IE transferred it to a gap between to pictures unless tge tags were touching :/ So odd...

I nearly always use Chrome these days. I wasn't that impressed with the look of it but I've found it very fast and have become comfortable and familiar with it now.

Used to love Firefox with the millions of extensions/plug ins that I downloaded

Then I got over that and use Chrome, nice and simple, even has extensions if I really want them. Love how the bar at the top is small so you can see more of the page.
