3DMark seems to be giving a few people possible inaccurate results so I thought we could give this one a try, it's really nice to look at and it's nice to have some background music for a change.

To keep a sensible standard that we can all use I left my first test setting as is, the only thing I changed was the full screen mode.

Yeah makes sense. My score dropped exactly like myfraggians. In fact it might even be the same from memory. My monitor has gone to sleep in both tests XD

Thought they were hell close .1 fps off XD

I was pretty pumped having scored close to guyvers I completely forgot it was on 1024 which bears absolutely NO relevance to me because I haven't run a game below 1680x1050 in years

Last time I ran 1024 I think I was still playing CS 1.3 lol

Hmm wonder if I upgrade my drivers to the same as MyFraggians :$

Yeah true that. I believe I've read many times something along the lines of don't buy this unless you have at LEAST a 24" screen

9800gx2 is a high end card
so the test is not cpu relient either as i have 3vms running in the background aswell

I've lost faith in everything benchmark related...

besides fps readings on a game play through bench. like the one farcry2 has (:

Yes that i have faith in. least it go's through it 3 times and averages teh scores out to make up for the variables. and its actually a game

i have to enable sli on the 9800gx2 for the second cpu to work on my card i know this cause i turn the second gpu off when it gets too hot
