hi im wondering if you out there know of a good place to buy cheap backlight keyboards, or know of any good backlight keyboards.

because i do most of my gaming at night i would like to see what im pressing cause my screen dosent realy light up my keyboard much.

Have to add a +1 to the ugly camp, don't like the wasted space at the top and I don't like the shape. Its proportions make me dislike it. The first G15 was much the same, lots of space up top that would have been better off not there rather than housing some tacky design

the new G15 is not so bad.

That Lycosa is absolutely stunning

Anyway I didn't see anyone else throw this one up:

Rather nice looking and metal construction from memory, I couldn't find it on Creative's site though so perhaps it is discontinued now. Anyway it lights up blue, but for its lack of media controls I would have purchased it myself, its not too pricey. This leads me to conclude it is definitely not long for this world

I would of gone for the Lycosa it had the MIC and Headphone plug in plus a nice layout but really wanted that screen from G15!
But very nice keyboard nevertheless

I am yet to see a keyboard that I deam 'attractive'. They're all pretty meh or to try hard.

Don't buy a G15 for the LCD. It uses proprietary **** to run it, there are a few good apps for it... but otherwise your better off with a HD44780.

im liking the look of the X6 (the g15 is a little out of my price range)

i dont use the light cause i like to game in the dark so i can see the screen better.

i wont mod my good keyboard with that stupid led thing cause thats just... well... stupid.

i can type fine i just need to see where im putting my fingers to start off...

so when i get money it looks like i might be investing in a X6... but i might be drawn toward the g15 cause theres some at my local stores.

that pretty much sums it up thanks for your help pplz
