Slowing down case fans?

Hey awhile ago i got an extra case fan for my 902 side panel but as soon as i put it in the total noise increases by x5 and is really loud.

is there any way to lower the voltage to slow it down without buying a fan controller?

hmm i might aswell get a fan controller

do you know if i can hook up the top and back fan that already have a 3 phase switch to a fan controller?

Nope. As they are 4 pin molex. Fan controllers only accept 3pin.
