Where's the best place to buy ink?

I have a Canon MP495 printer and the time has came to get some new ink, but $25 for a cartridge each time is quite annoying.

What other options do I have if any?

ebay is worth a shot for recycled cartridges, they're really cheap out of China, depends on your printer though, some cartridges have memory and know if they've been refilled and refuse to work.
