Couldnt find a discussion on this game. Anyone psyched? Its expected this month, so... in the next 2 weeks? lol I hate when they do this; leave it till the month of release and still not give a solid date.

I'm a long-time fan of the comic book series and I hope that the game lives up to the expectations. Kirkman the creator did say it was set in the continuity and universe of the comic book rather than the television show (the show is an awful adaption) so that's got me excited, and the focus on characters and story rather than guns blazing sounds really good too.

I think the release is spread out because the games will be released in five "episodes". I read somewhere that the first "episode" will be released this month, on the 25th?

Haha yeah I saw those posters when I came in a few weeks back. Definitely impressed by MMGN reppin' The Walking Dead. Everyone knows it's the best comic series out there. :P

Well I love the show, and I love the comics.. so i'm hoping the game will live up to the expectations. Why do you guys hate the show? Season 2 was a bit slow (that ******* kid and Lori!!!! arrghhhh!) but it had its moments.. Season 1 was awesome.

Well my code for the game just arrived in my pretty little inbox. I actually wish I was working tomorrow so I'd have an excuse to play this bad boy on release. Reviews are already coming in from other publications, IGN gave it an 8, but I didn't read the review as I didn't want to spoil the experience.

Super excited for this one, I have a good feeling it will turn out okay.

Just played a couple of minutes of it, I really like how they have done it, like a point and click game but not at the same time. Intrigued to get a bit further and see how it handles the action sequences and stuff but the kids said I should turn it off because it's scary, hahaha. Guess I wait until they go to bed

I suppose that shows it has a good horror atmosphere though, nothing has really happened yet (still in the first house) and it was already scary :P

I did it on PC. Already out on steam. Not sure about PSN. I believe they're having some delays.

But the nature of the game means it'll play just as well on a console as it will on a pc, which is pretty cool.

Edit: 2.2 hours for myself. But I went through it pretty fast, and it's only one episode.

hmm didnt know they were making a game out of it. watched season 1 cause of scott, i didnt like how it started and probably would have stopped watching but he had all of season one, it got better but it drags on a lot. also didnt know it was a comic...

Well its released in the US... but not on the Oz store... so I'm guessing Anzac Day had something to do with that? Ah well, downloaded the demo cause I couldnt wait and its only a 5min demo (if that)... really enjoyed what I played though.

Apparently it won't be released on consoles in Aus.

Very strange. But seems as if they aren't even going to try and classify it, when it would easily pass.
