I like that Mirror's Edge tatt. It's way more original than those dumbass tribal tattoos I keep seeing on white surfers, bricklayers, etc. It's as bad as that Gothic Script, FFS.

I felt quite conflicted getting this tribalish tattoo, but it's not just a straight up design, so I thought meh, good enough.

I too am not fond of those tattoos, especially when they get full sleeves of it...

Yeah, blech. Imagine you were interviewing candidates for a high-powered executive position, got down to two finalists and then found out one of them had a full-sleeve tattoo...could you ever take that person seriously? Hell no!

I can pretty much definitely say I'm going to get one of these one day, (except on the inside of my left wrist...) I think I already said it in this thread somewhere but as a sort of commemoration of my high school years... hourglass with wings, time flies... and yeah it is off of a Smashing Pumpkins album

If I was a little bit drunk and wanted a gaming tattoo (it's likely) it would almost definitely be a Duke Nukem style nuclear symbol, a quake Q or an original Doom style ram skull, like the one at the end of Doom 2...

I have a tattoo, the design is from HP Lovecrafts Necronomicon, otherwise known as the Seal of the gate of Yog Soggoth...

I was highly dissapointed to find none other than vin diesel sporting my tattoo on his neck in Babylon AD....nearly 2 years after i got mine...bastard ruined it for me

Serious? I went by there a few weeks back...didn't bother going inside to check. If you say they're good, I'll consider them for when I decide what to get.

I'm thinking something from my heritage maybe. A band around my bicep with two feathers hanging off it or something?

It's kinda weird that when I read that I thought of the movie "The Warriors" before American Indians haha.

But yes Raro, quite good there, but the only comparison I have s my friends cousins kitchen and Wicked Ink at Penrith (The Tattoo I got at WI faded really bad...)

My arm is itchy beyond imagination....you all have no idea, also my left ankle is as well for some reason, that's weird. Either way though, I hate the healing process, or maybe I just don't remember it being this itchy because it was such an horrific experience I blocked it out of my mind..

Yeah even I wouldn't get an Opeth tattoo....or any band related tattoo for that matter. I saw a girl at the last Opeth gig with a MASSIVE tattoo of their logo on her thigh. Looked absolutely feral. Unsurprisingly, she was wearing ultra mini shorts (ie denim panties) in the middle of 18 degree weather. SMART BITCH IS SMART!

Im thinking of getting a tattoo soon im a little over-weight and was wondering if i was to get one say tomorrow and then loose some weight would the tat shrink/stretch/warp anything like that? would i be advised to lose the weight first?
