How is your body clock

Lets discuss our bad habits when dragging our sleep arse out of bed every morning for the daily grind. I recently read through this www.lifehacker.com.au/... and it has motivated me to change my ways, here's my usual routine.
Alarm goes off at 6:15am if I get up at this time I have time for coffee...like actually enjoy it and not just poor it down my throat for the caffeine. Also have time to comb my hair and generally cruise though the morning at a normal pace. Then I drive to work at the speed limit and get to work a few minutes before start time.
If I hit snooze and get up 6:19 I'm wearing a hat to work, quickly grab everything, gulp some coffee down and "briskly" drive to work.
At 6:25 my phone alarm will go off and that is my last chance. I piss bolt out the house throwing clothes on while poring coffee down my throat, dive into my car booting all the way to work praying there's no speed cameras setup or else my car will get crushed by the new hoon laws.

I want to start getting up at the first alarm and slowly start getting up earlier so I can do a few more things in the morning like check emails, have breakfast etc.
I run four alarms in the morning. I wake at the first regardless, and the other three are there to tell me how much longer I can stay warm and cozy.

Set your alarms 15 minutes earlier, then you should get used to that routine.

But it's more likely you'll know you don't have to get up and you'll end up snoozing longer :S

I wake up at 0430 to drive my dad to the train station, then either stay up or go back to bed until 0600 depending on my feels.
Waking up is only half the battle, you need to get yourself physically active to completely wake up. That's why you probably don't feel awake until you've been at working and doing stuff for a while.

Allow yourself another 30-45 mins in the morning to have a quick run around the block and then have your shower. You will feel more awake than coffees could ever make you. Plus, if you get into a good rhythm with it, your body will start expecting and wanting the workout each morning. Your alarm will become useless.
i think my bad habbit is i don't eat breakfast until around 12 and i get up at 10 and i snooze in bed for about 20mins

Broken sleep is like a really long snooze button press :*O

My body clock is up the shit, I go to sleep around 1:30 - 2 AM and get up at 6 AM on average

Don't have anything for breakfast at all, i just get up get ready and go
My body clock does not let me sleep in.

Last weekend I went to bed at 5:30am and woke up at 8am :(

Sleep at anywhere between 12-3, wake up at anywhere between 8-12... unless I'm working
For the past couple of months, I have been waking up at around 8.30 in the morning.

So I watch Pokemon in the mornings now.
ive been waking up at 630am in the last 3 weeks
My body clock works like clockwork. 10pm and I'm in bed (unless I've had caffeine or something like that) and 6:30am I'm up. Also, it doesn't let me sleep in either.
I have no problem getting out of bed, actually. I just get up, it's no drama.

Do you go to bed earlier/later than that?

E: Looking at the time... I'd hazard a guess at later.
Usually in bed between 11:30 and 12:30. Up again around 8am every morning unless im child-free or sick. Then im in bed till 9:30am
Personally, my body clock is the cruisiest/laziest bastard ever.

Richies however is much different.

He runs two alarms. He runs the actual alarm 6.05am and then he runs his phone which he sets to go off around 7 mins after the main alarm. He gets up and then spends around 20 mins in the shower (suspect) Realistically I might think he's jerking it but in all seriousness pending on how much sleep he has had he is either slumped up against the wall hating life or sat down hating life. The hating of life doesn't change, just the position in which it is done.

Once he's spent all that time hating everything he gets out and shaves.

After that he makes a protein shake and sits in the lounge reading his forum/Fb/G+ and drinking his god awful shake and then he runs out the door.

That's a typical day.

IF he is out on the road being a rep things are much different :D

He gets up around 8 ish give or take. Spends as long as he likes in the shower not hating life as much because he's been able to sleep in ( he probably jerks it on these mornings because hes so damn happy) LOL.

Gets out and shaves and then pending on how he feels sometimes drives to Maccas for breakfast or sometimes just leisurely has breakfast at home while he answers some emails before he leaves...
Always waking up before my alarm every day.
Even on days I have off I can't sleep in pass 8am.
