Hello all. I have noticed a few people asking various questions about EB and JB over the years. I'm sure you all have a question or two that you'd probably like answered, so maybe I can shed a little light?

I used to work for EB games and I am currently Employed at JB (as a games consultant). I am happy to answer your questions (if I am allowed to, that is), so if you'd like to know something, now is the time to ask.

Although I wouldn't classify an Indian guy standing at the door with a stamp while not even reading the receipt or checking your goods a "security guard" :P

Most stores empty the casings and have them behind the desk to prevent stealing.

JB leave most items packaged, I guess to save time but it's easier to steal. Hence security guard.

I normally go to either the Southland one or Chadstone store. The changed the southland layout and I absolutely hate it

Our EB is pretty empty. It weird; whenever I got to some other shopping centre, there's like massive banners and stuff everywhere.
Ours is just...clean and tidy. [MOG]

lol, i have some old guy with grey hair and a grey mo (looks like the guy off terminator 2 that buys the milk in the hospital and gets stabbed in the eye.) He is always suspicious of me when i walk in there [Shifty]
