You can make crappy instant pizza taste decent, just need to cake on enough "real food" toppings onto it and oven bake it.
One of those tough decisions you have to make, A; get off your arse and order a pizza and go get it because you are too cheap to pay for delivery or, B; modify an instant pizza.

I've tried making my own Pizza before, whole lot of work but it is worth it in the end. The only downside is all the stuff you have to buy for it, and if your like me who likes his toppings its gonna cost a pretty penny.
