The Doctor Thread

Ok let's play doctors =D

But seriously, who goes to a doctor these days? People tend to just Google their symptoms and incorrectly self diagnose, so we might as well do that in the MMGN forum.

I'll start -- my right eye is twitching today. WTF is up with that? Is it related to the cleaning products I may or may not have got in it yesterday? (Not actually sure, it was close, but may have just missed the eye).

What should I do about this home remedy style? K go [MOG]

Last time I went was to have my blocked ear syringed. After it is clear you can hear out of it perfectly and it's a noteable difference compared to my other one until they even up again.

Last time I went to the doctors was for this too, but he didn't want to do it and sent me to the chemist to buy some ear drop stuff. I ended up buying a syringe aswell and did it myself =D

I found the drops do absolutely nothing to get rid of it, made it easier for the doctor though.

Forget all those solutions.
Eat a banana.

In a non gay way. You need more potassium.
Doctors are fine, for the most part. It can get a bit awkward when 'sensitive parts' are the topic of discussion though (I was born with 2 hernias and have recurring issues).

Dentists are, by far, the worst! Not the person themselves (poor, suicidal bastards), just what they have to do to me. Even a simple checkup has me sweating, death-griping the waiting room chair.
Last time I went to the doctor was to get a few moles removed. I've been meaning to go and get my ankle checked/x-rayed, but it seems to temporarily mend itself the every time I decide to book an appointment.

This thread is made for me [Shifty]
but srs, is anyone studying medicine or dentistry here
LMFAO what a thread!!!!!
My Missus does the exact same thing and diagnoses me or the kids... and the scary part is that she is always correct... seriously it trips me out lol
Doctors nowadays a pretty average especially one near my area, she refuses to prescribe medication and she always says, Go home, get some rest, keep up the fuids and water, and if you still feel the same come back and see me...
And i'm like b***h if you give me the proper drugs I don't need to come back and see you DERRRRR
Probably so she can charge you twice. Clever. [Shifty]
exactly why she does it, but having said that, it seems like her lights are always switched off, which always makes me wonder why and how she's even a doctor......
I try to avoid going there now unless I need a docs cert :P

Probably a front. But for what...
Morphine dealer.
^^^ That :P
I say never google symptoms, that just messes your mind up as well, the last thing you need when you are sick is for you to think you have something that you don't.
I haven't been to the doctors in years usually things tend to fix them selves :P
Yeah my wife and I self diagnose to see if it's worth going to the doctor.

Since getting pregnant though we've been going more, obviously :P
