What a.... Unique logo choice

With around 2 weeks to go until the opening ceremony of the Summer Olympics will dominate international TV's for two weeks (July 27th - August 12th)

With thousands and thousands of people flocking to London to catch the Olympics, It's going to get busy, But for those of us who are back home, It's going to be another exciting event.

So who's going to be catching some / any of the events? I might get a few depends what's being televised on the day. Cheering Australia on for GOLD ;)

He failed hard in qualifying.

Spiranovic, at 24, couldn't get a game in Germany, and then Japan, and has just moved to Qatar. Whilst I agree about Williams he can't get on the pitch for Australia. Holman needs to succeed for Villa this year. Kennedy's just a big lump - great asset playing in Asian comps, not of the same ilk as Viduka obviously.

Well I like watching the 100 metre sprint just to see bolt win gold and break the world record again. But that's it. Hope all the Aussies lose.

I need some ideas for our office Olympics competition. Usually it is fairly easy with sports/horse racing, everybody just gets what they are given and whom ever wins wins.

But with the Olympics the US always get the most medals, and if they don't get the most gold, China does. It isn't exactly a fair competition.

We were thinking of doing the teams that usually rank from 4 to 13 (10 countries), with a 30 person office, each person will get a country and a medal. Whoever gets the most gold out of those 10 teams, the person with that country and medal wins... then you repeat for Silver and Bronze.

Whilst this is probably the path we'll go down, what other things could we do?

I downloaded the official Olympics results app on my phone last night. Apparently it's going to send me notifications whenever Australia gets a medal. I'm just a little bit keen for the games :P
