As the the COD franchise gets milked more than a triple uddered cow we have the next installment in the series, Call of Duty Black Ops 2. Today we learned about the "leaked" perks so it wont be long before more information starts heading our way. A Google search brings me to this website that I'm sure if it's official or fan made, either way they seem to be obsessed enough with the game to be snatching up every scrap of BLOps2 info they can get their grubby little hands on. There's even a Facebook page.

As some of you may have noticed I have expressed my "feelings" on the COD franchise and that's mainly due to two things. 1 the horrible examples of human life that troll and abuse people during the online games and 2 being EAs money hungry attitude and how they abuse their fans. With that said I actually don't mind the game, I think I have been put off the online mode for life but the single player campaign still interests me. I kinda liked playing through the first Black ops game with my main disappointment being its duration. So fingers crossed Black Ops 2 has a nice and generous single player experience.

Going to throw out a blind assumption here, but I reckon the new 4v4 zombies mode would be pretty much both teams fighting off hordes of zombies (obviously) and fighting for objectives before they turn into zombies themselves.

So for example, every 5 rounds there is a boss which drops essentials like Max Ammo and if you kill it your team is allowed to shop from the armoury or something..

Another mode would be your typical 4v4 but this time the teams are on two seperate identical maps.

What happens in this mode is that zombies will spawn every second. If Team A kills a zombie, 2 zombies will spawn on Team B and vice versa. Once the zombies hit a certain limit (like 300) then the other team loses (or if they simply die).

Activision applied for several U.S. trademarks this past week related to Call of Duty: Black Ops II which is scheduled to be released this November. The trademark applications include “The Roman Numeral II”, “The Future is Black” and “There’s a Soldier in All of Us”.

Basically, he said there is a lot of effort being put into the audio design. So we're going to see an experience that relies quite a lot on audio. I always get a bit paranoid when I play CoD on mute because I'm scared I'll miss the sound of the grenade rolling or something. But it rarely makes a different. Improving the audio would certainly make for a better experience imo.

Where'd you get that from? I'm going to post as news as an "anonymous source" :P

You can now make a class based on how much equipment you have, rather than having to choose stuff you don’t ever use. For example, it is possible to have 6 perks if you choose
to not carry a primary or secondary weapon (you will have just a knife). If you choose to pick a primary gun, it will say you need to replace one of those perks. If you don’t like any perks, you can add more features to your primary or secondary.

Live Streaming – Black Ops 2 will now have a live streaming feature built right in. You can automatically stream your gameplay over the internet easily. You would require a
camera though for the feature that shows your face. This may or may not work with Kinnect.

Dedicated servers – Black ops 2 will now feature deticated servers, so now you wont have to worry about host migrations when someone leaves the match.
