In regards to NYPDAUS

Hey guys, it seems that quite a few people are having problems with NYPDAUS in regards to items.

I'm currently working with Palgn mods/staff to deal with the problem at hand as it seems that quite a few members from there have also not received their items.

Also, please let me know if you have bought something off the account and PM me any information you might have.

Hi byakuya_k (and all others), just a reply to 'defend' myself as you think I should.

I am not NYPDAUS and have only ever reported my dealings as they have happened with him (which were positive on a few occasions).

You will not find a member either here or PALGN who has EVER had a bad transaction with me, and your efforts to imply otherwise are unwarranted and disrespectful.

For QSanity, I wanted to buy the DSIXL and thought I could, but NYPDAUS informed me that payment has cleared from you so I could not.

And Snix, you're post implies you're no better than the others here, throwing accusations around like your words have no effect. Perhaps consider what you write more carefully in the future as surprise surprise, you may just be wrong (as you are NOW!).

Any for anybody else who cares, I too am in the same position as everybody else who has purchased from NYPDAUS, however I'm happy to wait until tomorrow to see if my stuff arrives (as I'm told it will (or should) up until tonight when NYPDAUS emailed me) before making accusations.

Pakka, I didn't mean to disrespect, and I'm sure the other didn't either. We're all just shocked and pissed off and probably trying to find a scapegoat. Whether you'd like to see it from my POV or not, it just seems odd that you're the only person who got anything while the rest of us were scammed from here to Sunday. Perhaps you're initial dealings with him were real, and then he figured he could swindle the rest of us out of our hard earned money.

I have so many bills and a family to support, so please understand that when I "accused you", which I technically didn't even do, I'm just trying put my own mind at ease and try to forget about how much I've lost on this asshole. Don't take it to heart

Pakka, given that he has double sold a lot of things (pokemon white/black/pearl, GBA Micro and most other things) I was inclined that he would've conned oyu out of it as well, but it seems that you're the exception out of all this.

At least pakka you have given us some sort of contact with him. Many thanks for that.

MY only problem with you Pakka isn't even that you vouched for him in the beginning, my suspicions arose from your valiant defending of him in the PALGN forum. That said, as mentioned, you are the only one that seems to get a response from him, you mentioned via email and phone. So if you have indeed been scammed then I request again that you supply the contact information and address you have made clear that you have.

If you have nothing to do with him then thats a great thing, we will all feel much better that you didn't have a hand in it. It's not a matter of scapegoating, it's simply that you have implied further contact with him and have still not offered any help to anyone else in regards to information they can pass onto the police.

I am still waiting until Friday to make a move as I cant go to the police any earlier but I will be making a complaint to the bank today.

phew, I was making some enquiries about his sale, but after a few exchange and a request for a pic....the user never replied back to with a pic let alone a new reply. So I just left it as I didn't commit and wasn't terribly worried about buying the item. It's no wonder the user hasn't showed up for the last few days....but probably reading all this ^_^

wow if it was some scammer that just took the cash and ran or something i can understand losing it to. but to think i fuelled some little dick wads cash splurge angers me a bit....

granted its only 50 bucks id still love to ring his mum up and abuse the shit out of her for raising such a rat bag offspring.

im not a fan of that whole divide up his 3ds stash compensation thing either. i think that stuff should be sold and every one get at least 50% back of what they lost for a start and then he pays the rest back soon after he visits a loan shark.

Any one want to pm me his number to call, like i said an angry phone call might suffice for me as compensation.

I guess. I've been scammed many a times out of big money, but obviously the prices he was selling the stuff at were too good to be true. Not to mention how much he had, and he was a new poster.
