Recently bought a Panasonic plasma and got this for free with it and as i have an xbox 360 i have no use for this and want to sell it

Lol, I love this. You do know having a Wii and a 360, you get the best of both worlds? Gaming I mean. Wii gaming and 360 gaming are completely different experiences. But I guess if you don't see it that way, sell it.

I'm not interested in buying because I own a Wii and those games, minus Avatar, but I wish you luck with your sale. $250 is incredibly cheap for all of that!
