So I have heard that tonight or tomorrow, DICE is going to announce some news regarding BF3.

And I have also heard that this news will be about cross-platform gaming. Note that I didn't say multi-platform, I said cross-platform. :D

If they go ahead with this, it will be quite interesting. I haven't heard much of cross-platform initiatives since Microsoft called off their experiment after they found that mediocre PC gamers smashed great console gamers thanks to the advantages of keyboard and mouse.

If this does go ahead, though, then the push for first-party keyboard and mouse control on consoles will be very strong indeed, and consoles will come that much closer to becoming little PCs. ^_^

@Skarteh - Yeah the amount of times I've been killed by a vehicle after "disabling" it, is retarded. Disabled means it shouldn't be able to move or shoot, they can get out to repair it again and then resume killing you...

Ok, I'm fed up with EA and their SH$T... if they want to challenge steam and their store, dont put your own store up and stuff everything.

Forget trying to buy back to karkand if you didnt know you needed it to pretty much play on any decent hardcore australian server, as if you buy it, the game wont recognise that you bought it, and so you cant play on ANY karkand servers.

This is an absolute joke, EA wanted their store to be taken seriously and then this happens, not only that, they say HEY RING OUR HELPLINE!!!! and then leave no phone number [Facepalm] congrats EA you have just made an epic fail [Rage]

I hope all of your console fanboys make you lots of money... -_-

The expansion didn't work at first for me. All I did was restart origin, relaunched battlelog and tried a different server. No problems since.

You tried anything like this?

Skarteh and Nothing07 helped me out with it.

Skarteh had to log into my origin and battlelog, then he logged off, i logged backed in, clear all my cookies in my web browser, then it worked.... [Facepalm]

It even came up on my battlelog page that i had purchased it, and when i clicked PLAY GAME, it says, you need to purchase the expansion... would you like to? -_-
