I noticed that there wasn't a general discussion on this game so here it is.
It's not far away now so who getting this game when released? I know MW2 left a sour taste with PC gamers and I still haven't bothered with that game...but I'm tempted to give this one a chance if they have dedicated servers.

Sleight of Hand pro is pretty weird to get - oh so effective though for aiming down sights. So much quicker to aim. Also, sleight of hand pro on its own is great with second chance - basically means you go crazy and you'll get some kills more than likely.

Ffs do you use second chance/last stand too? Wth is wrong with you people!? Have you no pride or conscience!! It's abundantly clear you're doing something totally dickless to vet cheap kills I just don't get why you would be ok about that...

If people didn't aim for the feet it wouldn't be a problem. It's not like it's something stupid like camping in a building when you're the last one who could protect an objective..

Not my fault if someone decides to stop shooting if they see me hit the floor..

In short grow balls and stop screwing other people for cheap kills. There is no way around that being a cheap tactic. If you can't kill them legit, get better.

The Second Chance perk is aimed for people who don't play often or are new to Multiplayer games, because lets be honest, watching people play CoD for the first time is painful, and a bad first experience may turn them off for good.

Yup, but seriously even if you're new, how are you going to learn if you rely on that? I always say use it on a perk that assists you in killing, like Steady Aim or w/e.

I dunno its harder in Black Ops because Perk 2 is like the only useful one -_-

I had a good play of this last night and the online is just hectic, it's just so fast paced you can't play it for too long and not get a head ache.

I've fixed the majority of them, editing the config file but it still seems to not be playing right.??

Those lag stutters are random for me, usually happens when a game just starts and the server needs to settle...or something like that.

Fixed my lag problem =D
I was getting a problem that randomly I would get a minimum ping of 200 and an average of over 300.

Rebooted my router.

made playing til really late last night a breeze it was just awesome fun!

Bloody fps drop, it's killing me.

I'm getting around 120 fps when it suddenly drops to 40, this is really annoying while playing.

I have been watching my FPS and it usually around 100-120, sometimes it does drop to 30ish but with no real drawbacks currently.
Last night I checked game file cache, then it downloaded the 8mb patch.
then after that I moved my mp config file so it created a few one.
Changed a bunch of things in there and then rebooted my modem and it became just absolutely playable.

That seemed to stop the fps jumping around but it's lower overall now, only getting 70 fps.

there is a config that you can change in the mp config that should help with frames.
forums.steampowered.com/...
except where the guy says "dx7" mine said "default"
