General Discussion Regarding Call of Duty Black Ops 2 PC, Couldn't find one so here it is, I missed out on what was on channel 9 Last night, did anyone here watch it?

done a search but couldn't find one... I must be blind because "I STILL CAN'T FIND ONE" :P :P :P :P sorry had to scream that one out,

and @doyle does look the same.. these people need to understand that we are moving into the future they need to change and upgrade the GFX and not reskin which is what it feels like.. im sure gameplay would still be great, but they need to work on visuals.

Yeah Moe i suppose if the gameplay is the same then who cares what the visuals are like, it will still be the same which gets boring really quickly.

Visuals weren't really what Treyarch shined on anyway, but I didn't mind them either way. I found them decent at best.

Is it actually going to be successful on PC?

COD has to start slowing down some time and I'd expect the PC community to be the first to give up on it.

PC sales are only around 1.35M each, across Cod7 and 8.

PC sales were 1.9M on BF3

I was disappointed I actually bought the first black ops and mw2, they should never have dropped dedicated servers, ever since then, I've never felt the same about COD.

Last good COD game was COD4, but consoles are where the big money is made now, and it seems like no company really gives a sh!t about PC gamers except MMO and RPG's cause they suck on consoles... -_-

EDIT : Just watched the new trailer, same sh!t, different smell, with a couple of new toys added, def worth 100 dorra [Facepalm]

Hard to gauge. I have bought all of them but I do not play them beyond the story mode. So I have given up on the games since MW2 came out but I still buy them. The actual time they are played vs BF3 would bee the telling stat. Not everyone is a jew like Catty :P

I don't buy CoD anymore since I only played the SP campaigns, and they've gotten more juvenile/fratboy/AMERICA****YEAH over the years. The best CoD games were 2, 4 and World at War.

That trailer is actually ****ing hilarious =_=

But I know I'll end up buying it anyway. I just like the damned shooting engine... It is genuinely Half Life worthy. Why can't other companies just make linear ****ing mouse movement without all this added weight from acceleration or de-acceleration. The lightening fast aiming and dynamics might not be as realistic but they are immensely better and COD/HL are pretty much the only franchises around that still feel this way.
