Anyone else play this? I don't have ArmaII but I think I'll get it just for this mod. Love the concept of this, need a decent survival horror game.

I find American servers way better than aussie servers, Even though the server browser says ping is 200 more the delay with shooting zombies is as good if not better in american servers. Also they seem to be more stable and smoother. I have framerate problems sometimes in certain servers. Also the good Australian servers which is about 2 are always full :'@

On a side note, is MMGN considering setting up a camp of our own at some point in Day Z to store our salvaging efforts :O

Also maybe having a central grouping point, although then risk getting ransacked, I think I might rather be ransacked than die with all my valuables on me.

Not sure which is worse :E

Edit: Then I die cause a invisible zombie was in the doorway and a player shot me from the other side while I was trying find a way to fix it. [Facepalm]

I ****ing love this game. So long since I've played something truly different. I think the last time I was this excited over a game was Minecraft :)

It's great to see in this sea of "me too" games that there are still games out there that can blow your mind!

My current life is so far my longest, I've gotten past the 200 zombie kills mark now (one murder, accident though =_=, thought he was one of those standing dead guys).

I'm swimming in ammo for my 1866 but currently have only a single mag for my AKM so I have a giant bloody gun in my pack while I try and scrounge up enough ammo to make the switch.

I'm not even sure why, I really am enjoying the 1866 and have never felt I needed anything more powerful. I think I should have taken the M16A2 I found instead of telling Tory to take it because so far I've found 3 clips for the bloody thing and nothing for the AKM! And if the guns are true to life the M16A2 would be a brilliant long ranger to back up my revolved :)

Jumping into ANZ8 now.

I'm considering adopting a "kill or be killed" attitude with players typing "friendly" and waiting for them to shoot you or not doesn't work very well when they kill and loot you first.

Far to risky to be friendly with strangers unfortunately.

It's a $30 plunge, doesn't require a second mortgage.
