Hello, I just downloaded GTA and I was hoping to mod it, I've looked at tutorials online but they either didn't work or too confusing.

Has anyone else modded GTA IV?

Did you get the complete edition?

GTA IV is half while the expansion is the other half.

I installed all 4 disc last night but apparently now I need to download a patch for it to even get it to run on windows 7 64 bit.. What a pain. [Facepalm]

Yep complete version.
