at school i get bored in IST, so we all play Halo (true story) and my friend has this installer that packs it down and 100% bootable form Flash Drive, whats this program hes being slack and not telling me i think it starts with U

Any i am willing to be a lot of money that there is something along those lines in the terms of agreement of any of valve's games.

They don't even allow you to create a portable version of steam legaly
