Wondering if anyone has got this yet and if they have, are they are running it on 2 GB of RAM or what?

Really want to get this today but don't want to have to wait until I get more RAM.

Played the first one (well bought it) and was completely unimpressed by it and lost interest after a few hours of giving it a good go.
The second bring many improvements that you know of?

There seem to be a few improvements in this one to the last.

I'm not a wiki on it but I know of the new grappling hook, which can give you more time to float around in your parachute, or alow you to commandeer helicopters and other vehicles ala Prototype.

Don't really know much more than that, but I thought they were onto a good thing with the first one, despite the numerous flaws.

I have both Just Cause and Just Cause 2, and JC2 is a massive, incredible improvement over JC1. The controls are tighter, the grappling hook is better, it is easier to do rad things with the parachute, and missions and side-missions are more diverse.

In terms of gameplay, it feels like The Saboteur crossed with GTA or Mercenaries 2 crossed with Bionic Commando. The game is very well optimised and, nine hours in, free from bugs or glitches.

My Windows 7 hdd is dead, so i'm using my backup os right now (XP), I've downloaded the trial for JC2, I just need a new hdd so i can reinstall win7

I got the game, as part of the square enix eidos pack...

Runs quite poorly on my laptop (go figure), so I'm going to try and wait until I get a tower (should be soon) to get stuck into it.

So gonna get back into this game now.

UPDATE: After trying the FPS mod, I can't recommend it. It's very disorienting when trying to grapple-climb a building, and running around in first person feels very floaty since the engine was never meant to do this.

I've been seeing a lot of stuff popping up on youtube about a Just Cause 2 multiplayer mod, I'd be keen to check it out with a bunch of other people, could prove to be more fun than GTA MP.
