What do you guys think about this game, the trailers and gameplay footage looks good. Seems to have all the new tech built in like Physx, DX11, 3D etc. Anyone else grabbing this game? it's currently USD49.99 on steam.

I ordered a retail copy whilst it was $79 on steam for $49aud, it uses steamworks so all is good

edit: only australia as usual had to pay extra for having red faction which is unfair. i can understand if all countries had to pay the higher price

I have been looking at this game a lot... its like stalker with a more direct storyline from what i gather... linear i think the work is.

Just finished installing, gonna grab some screenshots if possible. Cant wait to get fully into this, just tweaking atm. Seems to run semi decent on maximum details on my dualcore gtx275.

Edit: never mind bout screens for now, fraps and xfire dont work

Should be fine

, my 275 gets around 25-30 fps, which is qute good considering its on maximum settings. My specs are sitting right on the reccomended requirements.

Fraps and X-fire dont like DX10 so far as ive tested them... and especially not DX11.

And im intending to pick this up this weekend and see how i can run it.

Just had a quick play after experiencing some launching bugs. I was getting an error message saying my drivers were out of date but I have the latest ones :S Seems to run nicely with the GTX295 but it chugs a little with Physx + max AA so I dialed down the AA for smoother game play. Interesting story that makes me want to keep playing but I've only been through the first few stages.

Yeah im still trying to "tweak" the game. Not many settings.. About anti aliasing though is AAA higher quality than msaa? I chaned from AAA to msaa and I seem to get a few more frames. So far so good, I am also getting that drivers error message, no biggie at the moment, that said my drivers are pretty old now.
