I'm normally in the UK, but I'm in China atm for holidays. They detected a different IP address and so locked it making me unable to purchase stuff, I emailed them and they've now unlocked it.

And they say Customer Services are dead... :P

Dungeon Defenders and most of it's DLC are 66% off, I highly recommend giving it a go, it's good fun.
