Just starting this up cause I said I would just to see how many people are interested in this game, since there has hardly been any mention of this game on mmgn at all.

To sum things up in my perspective Tera online is an open world action subscription based MMO.

It's probably one of the more official unique MMOs compared to the likes of WoW etc, but it's by far from the truth, action MMOs are here and there with micro transactions as it's funding.

It's main merit is it's one of the few open world action mmos.

It does have some interesting features like a political system, which allows players to run ingame towns etc, if they can get that far otherwise it does shut out weaker more casual players from that ability while rewarding more dedicated players cause these towns are limited and affect everyone I believe.

Nope, stats are supposed class restricted rather than race restricted, only difference between races are the racials they offer then the hitboxes/collision size/hit range (elin are rumoured to be able to hit a few meters further than other race melee class combinations not sure if true).
