Well I just bought the Sims 3. Traded in 5 of my old ps3 titles at EB games and not only did I get the sims 3 but they gave me $10.

In a very good mood now. The game is installing. Can not wait to see what it is like.

I bought at JB HI FI for 69 dollars.

My sim is wokring out at the gym training to be an Astronaut.
You have to go to Miltary school first and reach level 10 on that to past.

Meh I can never be bothered going through the e bay process. Besides most of the games are quite old and not wanted by many people any more. I dont imagine I would get any more for most of them on e bay. I dont mind. Was just a 5 minute drive to the shops and in and out in 10 minutes, with the game I wanted without spending a cent.

By the way the game is great. It's just difficult choosing the type of sim I want.

I sold 4 Wii Games (Cooking MAma, Samurai Warriors Katana, and some other ones) and got $100 bux.

Oh well at least you're happy with your decision...I stil haven't been to the shops yet to pick up The Sims, shall get it very soon!1

Just bought the sims 3 today!! I took the case out while I was still in the shopping centre and immediately got swarmed by not one, but 3 primary school boys.

Can't wait til I get home to play.

You cant stop aging. In order to for fill your sims life long goal is to work hard at work. For example my Sim wants to be a international super spy, for me I have to have her work hard at work and attend all the seminars there are. That will increase work performance getting you a promotion. I hope that make sense for ya.

Bah!
I did like 2 hours of progress last night, nearly mastered athletics and cooking but then my computer shut down and I hadn't saved in the whole time! Damn me for forgetting the auto shutdown i had setup - I wasn't supposed to be getting home so early.
I rage quit that family and started a new one. Trying not to cheat though.

Hey dont worry man. We all make mistakes like that. I have many, many times believe me, haha. Bad luck on Prototype man but hey at least you only payed $50 for it on steam.

Yeah I am liking it a fair bit.
If anyone has seen the good game review of this (sims 3), I agree with it on most points.
It is a lot like Heller's review I guess.
