Anyway, here we post all our WoW talk. Exchange class tips, mods, find Fraggies on your server etc etc.

I'll start off...been playing WoW for about 3 years on and off. It seems everytime I "quit" i keep coming back simply because...well, I can't run much else on my computer that's worth playing. Most "game experiences" fall on my 360. I have a 70 Human Warrior on Jubei'Thos and a new Death Knight on Dreadmaul.
To be honest, I really like the Death Knight not just because its the flavour of the month. Its a genuinely interesting class but I can understand where all the prejudice is coming from...it is still severely overpowered in PvP...but I can't for the life of me understand why no one wants them in raids or heroics. They're the IDEAL DPS class...but people still seem to reject us. Ah well...they'll get over it soon I guess.

So what servers do you guys play on? What classes, play-style (PvE or PvP?) do you prefer and feel free to share some in-game stories.

They announced a little while ago it was to fix some very minor issues and to set up for Cataclysm.

"The Shattering" is probably being released this tuesday.
Here's a list of what's going on from the WoW forums.

"What's in Patch 4.0.3a
Sammew posted an interesting list of the features you should and should not expect in Patch 4.0.3a on the official forums. Zarhym also jumped in, and announced a 20% reduction to the XP required to gain levels from 71 to 80.

What is not in:
Creating worgen/goblin characters
Worgen/Goblin start zones
Archeology
Professions past 450 (Illustrious Grand Master)
Guild leveling
Guild achievements
Eastern Kingdoms/Kalimdor flight
New Zones (80+)

What is in:
Portals in Dalaran/Shattrath Removed
Class trainers in Dalaran where portals once were
New race-class combinations (excluding worgen/goblin)
New Gnome/Troll starting areas
Changes to existing zones
New cata load screens
New cata intro cinematic
New cata login screen
New music
City Quartermasters, with rep tabards
Bug fixes
Class balancing
Druids, paladins, priests, and shaman will have their talent trees reset
Experience required to gain levels 71 through 80 is being reduced by 20%
New tamable hunter pets (Monkey, fox, dog, and beetle, as well as new skins for existing pet classes.)"

Expect another patch soon! Most of the data should be in that 4.7gb however.

I started playing.
Bought it for 100 20 mins before they changed it to 60 bucks [Rage]

Also, I didn't upgrade my Recruit a Friend trial, I upgraded my first trial unknowingly.

It's pretty fun so far I guess.

I play a Enhancement/Restoration shaman, enhance for pvp/pve and resto for instances.

I can hold off an entire bg horde team (8v8 ctf) of wrathful gear with only hateful, the rest of my team ran for the flag i ran for the horde :P
