Has anyone tried out the beta version yet, if so what are your thoughts and experiences with M$ latest?

It says the downloads are only available till august 20, does that mean i could still download it on august 20, or do i have to right now??

I downloaded the 64bit version and that was 3.2GB

Definitely and yeah once you have it downloaded you burn the iso to a disk and install form there, I had 32bit so i think that is 2.5gb

hmmm i got a full copy from work... =D
i got the ENTERPRISE 64bit and 32bit COPY....

and punkbuster.... i needed to update it from the site which i did... that explains why ive been getting kicked from COD4 alot lately!!

yeah i have been using my copy from technet for a week or so now.

if you have driver problems try the vista drivers as they should work also. but make sure they are 32bit or 64bit depending of the version of win7 you run

yeah i downloaded the 64bit vista... and it didnt work at all...
sooo angry!

You can install it and get keys for it after August 20 (today) but downloads of the OS will no longer be on offer.
