I've found recently almost everything is all of a sudden being arrange through facebook. 4 Events this weekend, everyone of them arranged through facebook, making it almost necessary to have.

It has a purpose, and is an actual discussion, off-topic in this sense is allowed. The term 'social' has been associated with random spam, that is what is not permitted.

And those that don't have facebook generally miss out.

I see facebook as the most mature out of all the social networking sites.

I finished school this year and noticed EVERYONE transferred from Myspace to Facebook, sign of maturity? lol. Still remember a friend saying, "If Facebook is meant for more mature people, then why the **** do they spend their time poking each other sending imaginary beer?"

Yeah, Facebook is definitely more mature, if you can ignore all the crap appliactions that send imaginary beer.

Facebook is more organised. I found MySpace too messy and the fact that people put weird signs in their names put me off. You cant find them using the search engine!
