Well there's been enough instances where we've discussed the topic of cars in the general social thread so why not have one dedicated to it.
If you've just got a new car, shopping for a new one, broke you current one, dreaming about that exotic sports car, into tuning, want to bitch about n00bs on the road and so on and so forth.

Today I went out and bough some 4000k Philips headlamp bulbs because I wanted that cleaner looking light. I went into Autobarn and grabbed a set of H4's which I assumed that were the correct size because that's what was in my last Commodore, but when we got back and my mate and I started fitting them it turns out Holden has now decided to go to the H11 sized bulb. So I had to do a mad dash back to the shop and do an exchange. Well they are fitted now and I like the look so I'll be going back to get another set of these bulbs for the fog lights.

my cars odometer just ticked over from 99999 to 100000 today while driving home from work. it saddened me =(

ive got an Astra too but id never bother putting an Opel badge on it although it is more Opel then it is Holden... also i cant be arsed spending the money to buy them.

Then there should be an Opel badge on the New Commoders too since everything apart from the motor nearly is European design.

I'd prefer to see an Opel/Vauxhall badge on an Aussie car than a Chevvy one.
