Title as suggested ^_^ and holy crap I can't believe that we are already onto our 3rd thread, that's over 200 pages of car talk. We need cars.mmgn [Shifty]

well it's what i can find at the used car dealers. this car seemed alright. man i think i will look in Werribee and Melbourne. anyone know any good used car dealerships around those areas?

Corolla's aren't half bad for their price, they have a bit of zip in them when you wind it out and get the VVTI working, but yeah nothing mesmerizing. Perfect P-plater car or if someone wants something economical but not totally gutless.

Saw a new 370z today and it had one of the nicest looking exhausts fitted too it. It was a dual system with stumpy cannon styled mufflers and the pipes just curved around and under the car very neatly. I didn't sound too good though but I'm guessing that was because it had the silencer plugs fitted. Anything sounds pox when you are trying to force noise though a 1" hole.

Given the performance potential I'm a little surprised that they didn't end up as popular as the Honda Civic. Maybe it's an appearance thing and that there's already a crap tonne of aftermarket parts already out for the Honda's.

Celica and sportivo both had the 2zz-ge. 1.8L 190hp (crank) with VVTL-i. Were made from 2003 onwards. Pretty big jump from 130~hp. For a car that small.

A bit harder to tune, slightly heavier, more expensive. And yeah, a lot of aftermarket parts already available for the B series. Oh and the fact that the civic's handle a lot better than the corolla's.

i know it is a bit of a stretch. i was at a cadillac show on Saturday was tempted in buying the 1985 green convertible.
i have always wanted a cadillac. very big cars but very cool.

my tony has car OCD.. he cleans 2 outta the 3 cars nearly everyday.. not a full clean but gets a ummm shiny cloth thing and wipes over the dashboard and bonnet.. does a full clean once a week.. crazy :E

but you have kids and they are probably leaving grubby little finger prints and food crumbs everywhere in the car.

No, what is a car? why is petrol so expensive? Why can't we just put water in it? my car has a battery, is it a hybrid? :P -_-
I know heaps about cars, most Japanese cars have never interested me though, especially not Toyotas or Hondas which has been boring or ugly crap for the last 15 years.
