well I'm hoping that picture I posted there is a mazda, the emblem sort of looks like a mazda but that car does look a loooot like the ft-86.
But yeah, if its a mazda, don't know what model.

The modified car scene does need more support and a positive boost. Good to see some manufactures keeping an open mind about it and catering to what people want.
There's a lot of custom work people do to cars a few years back we end up seeing as a standard feature on new cars. Give people a black canvas with potential then sit back and watch the creative stuff get built.

That was actually a Subaru (BRZ), supposedly their version of the FT-86. Toyota's was there as well, they removed the front LEDs but it mostly kept to the concept... but the platform was completely packed and I couldn't get close... my friend got a couple of shots though (will link in a min).

And pic 5 is some concept 2-seater electric econobox [Shifty].

it was only a matter of time before that happened, ur always 5k over at least when on freeways so if you accidentally go a bit more then ur gonna get screwed.

When is the new season of Top Gear going to air? What are we up to, 17.

I can't believe how much of a difference tyres have make, on the road now and was just taking my car for a good shake down, didn't want to realy push it until I got some k's on this new water pump. With the old tyres I really had to feather it in the lower gears or the traction control would slow me down heaps. Keep forgetting to turn it off because when I start the car it defaults as "on".

the top gear christmas special will air on 28 december in UK. its a special route across india apparently. the new series will start sometime in january probably a couple of weeks after christmas. so most likely a couple of weeks after that on channel 9.

they are going back to US again this series and also Italy with the Noble M600, McLaren MP4-12C and a Lamborghini Aventador.

This is an SB Barina from 1997. It's in pretty good condition compared to every other one I have ever seen and with ridiculously low km for the age of the machine. It's finally hit that age and distance where it needs that major service to keep it good for a couple more years.

The unrivaled fuel consumption makes it worth keeping in the family. It goes a full 100km more than the VS on 10L less petrol.

Got all that crap fixed yesterday. My car lost the defining feature of loud exhaust, but at least it is roadworthy now. Ended up costing $700 for a new water pump, timing belt, drivebelt, exhaust, and labour.

That is not bad considering all the parts that have been changed over. Cost me over 700 bucks for just the water pump :'(

They told me the drive belt was a bastard of a job to do. The engine is so close to the walls of the engine bay that they only had about 10mm to work with. The water pump was the tensioner for the belt which also runs over the aircon.

I do the drivebelt on a VS from memory but there's no way I would even try it on this car. Belt really did need replacing though; it was amazing that it still held together with the amount of perishing it suffered.
