Hey is anyone into board games? Not your usual Monopoly, Scrabble etc. but Eurogames and designer ones?

I recently played Ticket to Ride and Zombie Dice at a friends house and I'm now hooked! Waiting on my copies of Munchkin Fu, Munchkin Deluxe, 7 Wonders and Cluedo Reinvention (yeah yeah I love Cluedo) to come in :)

I'm also hooked to Will Wheaton's Tabletop series on youtube, it's entertaining and also looks like lots of fun!

Real board games? I like them we have a few and this year ill buy jenga and mouse trap for Christmas I think. I liked the Xbox arcade ones I had too hasbro I think it was called.. Had battleship etc.. I actually found it fun playing against the computer player :)

I always liked Monopoly but I've never finished a game before, there always seems to be Earthquakes after about an hour.

Lol the game that has probably caused the most fights is Cluedo in my family =_= geez we get competitive lol

I remember mouse trap from when I was a kid, I don't think I ever played it properly though.

The card version of the game (I think it's called Monopoly Deal?) is good. It's quick and easy :)

I love playing board games. My favourite would have to be the Pokemon Master Trainer. I love that so much.

I am pretty sure I have Monpoly: Pokemon edition as well. Probably the 2nd best monopoly they made (the best being the Aussie edition)

I bought Starcraft Risk for the bf for his birthday...it was a preorder, I'll get it early in November :D it's still a surprise!

@gargoyles - I have pokemon monopoly! It's pretty epic...although I think I would absolutely love Futurama Monopoly (if there is one)

E: Used to love risk, there's a few good online versions as well, where you can play with friends over multiple days.

Been a long time since I've sat down and played a bored game. I spent hours making the Bio Shock themed Monopoly board game for Heller and even then I didn't play it. Still that's not to say I'll never play one again.
