
So during the course of this morning, Google announced at their IO conference the newest version of Android, version 4.1 Jelly Bean. Being a point release, this update builds on the previous update, Ice Cream Sandwich, and aims to give the user a more fluid and polished experience. Google announced that this update with be pushed out to existing devices such as the Motorola Xoom , Nexus S and Galaxy Nexus around mid July. You'd be pretty excited if you are one of the people who are using a 'Pure Google Experience' device. And what of the Samsung, HTC and Motorola experience devices? Will we see a swift update to Jelly Bean?
