Aussie girl gets gig for Borderlands 2

Gearbox have shown off their choice today for the new live model of their current Lilith character and its an Australian cosplayer from Sydney named Yasemin Arsal.
Not much else is known about this girl yet but I'm sure she will impress.

Plus is it just me or does the chick look nothing like Lilith and more like a freak with them eyes? :E

Yeah the eyes didn't really appeal to me either (on lilith) @_@

A live model could be used for promoting the game(which was probably going to be the most obvious one)? maybe assist in making cutscenes? I think it could be a number of things but from what they were doing it looks like it was mostly a photoshoot :S

We'll probably find out later.

i Don't see much of a resemblance either, also she's not the first aussie girl to be in a game, GOW 3 had 2, Mercenaries 2, just to name a few.

Claudia Black is a popular Aussie actress who has appeared in many games like Uncharted 2 & 3 as Chloe, Gears of War 3 as Sam, she also voice act in God of War Mass Effect 2 & 3, Rage and heaps more.

Didn't Gearbox state that characters in Borderlands 2 are different? Seems they changed their minds and bringing back Lilith.
Looked at the video, and the chosen girl doesn't look anywhere near Lilith. Doesn't fair well as Gearbox cannot even get the 'real-life' girl right.
