Remember all those rumblings about a crossover between Left 4 Dead and Payday: The Heist?
Overkill Software posted a trailer that has confirmed that Payday: The Heist
- No Mercy will be a preque to Valve's zombie-filled shooter.
The trailer has since been pulled, however the new game will place you in Left 4 Dead's Mercy Hospital. It is unclear whether it will be a standalone game, or just a DLC purchase at this point. The trailer description before the trailer was pulled revealed some details about the story:
Have you ever wondered how the Left 4 Dead series began? It started with a heist!"
