Our mate Kan Gao, the man behind 2011's excellent To The Moon, has just announced that the emotional adventure game will be heading to Steam soon.
The announcement is semi-casual at this stage, with Gao admitting that he doesn't know the exact date the game will hit the popular digital service, but he expects it will be in the next month or so.
The Steam version will not support Steamworks features such as cloud saving, but Gao was quick to point out that "the game is really short, it can be played in 1 or 2 sittings."
Anyone who purchased the game directly from Freebird Games will receive a Steam key for free. Kan is also looking at technical hurdles in an attempt to bring the game to OS X in the future.
To The Moon is easily one of the best games I experienced last year, and is well worth checking out. Why not read our review to see for yourself?
