The EB Games Expo is in Sydney for at least the next two years and will not be touring the country.
While this isn't a new announcement, there has been some confusion as to where the event will be held in 2013. EB Games has already confirmed that it will be in Sydney.
"We have signed a 3 year deal with Sydney," EB Games National Brand, Events and Marketing Manager, Debra McGrath told MMGN last month.
The first of the three years concluded this afternoon, ahead of the 2013 and 2014 shows, which are contracted to Olympic Park.
"Sydney Showground, Sydney Olympic Park is the perfect venue and allows us to set up base here and grow the event," said Ms McGrath. "Sydney itself is also a central location for most people to fly into, and with onsite accommodation available it makes for an all-round perfect location."
Tickets for the 2013 event could be pre-ordered at this year's EBX. That's keen.
