Mass Effect Trilogy announced for PS3, 360 and PC

EA have just announced the Mass Effect Trilogy boxset coming to 360, PC and yes at a later date... PS3. Mass Effect Trilogy includes all three Mass Effect titles, featured in a new premium foil box featuring artwork of Commander Shepard. But most importantly this means finally after 5 long years PS3 fans get to experience the full Mass Effect story.

Currently scheduled for November 6th in the US, there's no word yet as to a release date for the europeans as well as here in Australia but when confirmed you can be sure to find out here at MMGN.

A definite purchase for me. I'd like to think the delay in the PS3 version is due to the first title getting a make over but i can dream! but what about WiiU? kinda makes ME3 for it irrelevant now doesn't it?

Great. I'll pick this up when the PS3 version ships. As stated above though what about Wii U? It sorta does make ME3 on it's own irrelavant.

Very much so. Can only hope it'll happen at a later date. I think right now we should all be happy the first Mass Effect has been ripped from the claws of Microsoft, finally everyone gets to experience imo the series strongest point.

Was excited about the news so rushed on here to share it without paying much attention to user news. Will keep an eye out next time! Keep posting the news though PS3K! even if it doesn't get the feature your keeping this great site alive just by contributing. :)

Thats exactly the point. No way will Mass Effect 3 on WiiU sell at all in the face of the full trilogy on the other consoles for the same price. Then EA will be all like "Ohhh noo hardcorez games don't sell on WiiU" and you'll see support from EA plummet back to resorting shovelware BS seen on the Wii because their own stupidity butchered the WiiU sales of ME3. Nintendo fans deserve better.

Man has a point @dusty lids (why are you called that by the way? :P )
Mass Effect 3 should have never been commisioned for WiiU and this trilogy pack should have come at a later date instead.

I will say though that its not the only EA title on offer as EA are bringing their sports franchises to the table plus there's supposedly two more titles coming from them at a later date but unannounced at this time.
