Infinity Ward has released a patch for the PlayStation 3 version of Modern Warfare 2 that reinstalls the 'Fevela' map, minus the offensive Islamic painting that caused controversy earlier this month.
After a YouTube member posted a video condemning the picture's reference to religious figure 'Allah', Infinity Ward removed the map.
The developer has since launched a patch that will reinstall the map, minus the picture.
No word yet on when other versions of the game will receive the update.
