Steam Greenlight is Valve's newest platform for indie developers to be noticed, gain support and have their games released on Steam - however since its inception on the 30th of August the company was hit by a flood of complaints from gamers unable to find games to support due to inappropriate or false submissions.
To counter this, Valve today announced that all submissions to Greenlight will incur a $100 fee, with all proceeds going to Child's Play charity.
Valve further announced that Greenlight will be updated to help gamers find more games they're interested in, through a smaller, more manageable list of games they haven't rated.
